The lambs have spent all fall grazing the organic pastures laden with orchard grass, red and white clover, forsythia, wild grapes, wild roses, and myriads of other delectable goodies. The small flock of sheep and lambs is hand-tended. No hormones, antibiotics, or vaccinations are given.Now you may provide diversity to your menu by savoring Janet's Organic Farm lean Lamb. Prepare an elegant main course, delicious sandwiches and soup from our lamb meat.
Our entire farm is managed without the use of synthetic hormones, chemical fertilizers, sludge (bio-solids), toxic pesticides, and herbicides. Currently, our seasonal selection consists of sweet potatoes, sweet potato leaves, tomatoes, basil, sage, green onions, butternut squash, sweet peppers, hot peppers, mustard greens and chicory. Other vegetables will be available in the spring, .
